CPC's nationally recognized attorney, James L. Olmsted, represents land trusts and landowners in negotiating and drafting perpetual conservation easements. CPC also represents land trusts and landowners in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements for conservation easement and fee title transfers. In addition, CPC reviews title reports and drafts escrow instructions for complex closings.
